Crackdown returns

This refers to the return of crackdowns in Kashmir. Why is police cracking down on youth? Are they militants? Do they carry guns? It is unfortunate that the cops are harassing youth who are just pelting stones to give vent to their anger. Such things are not going to crush the movement. They would make youth angrier. If peace is to return, it is important to do away with crackdowns and arrests.
