‘College in Kangan soon’

Srinagar: The government has agreed to set up a Degree College in Kangan on the persistent demand by Forest Minister and local MLA, Main Altaf Ahmed
 Following the assurance by Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah during his Kangan visit, government directed commissioner Ganderbal to identify 80-100 Kanal land for the purpose.
 The setting up of college would go long way in improving educational standards in this backward and far-flung area.
