Condemnable statements
The statements by the National Conference president, Dr Farooq Abdullah in the Indian Parliament are highly condemnable. His saying that nobody in Kashmir is asking for freedom is a blatant lie, which only a person like Dr Farooq Abdullah can say. He did it perhaps to save his chair and be in the good books of the Indian leaders. India must see the ground situation and not believe on something which is far from truth. Dr Abdullah has been making such statements time and again, apparently to add fuel to the fire.
