Trooper commits suicide

Jammu, Aug 29:  Another trooper committed suicide in Jammu region taking the toll to three in less than week’s time.
 Sources said that a Border Security Force (BSF) trooper committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle at Border out Post (BoP) Khawara in district Samba, Saturday night, official sources said.
 Official sources said that Constable RP Lokesh belonging to 182 Battalion of BSF was on guard duty at BoP Khawara (Samba) when he allegedly shot himself dead around 8.50 pm, last night.
 This is the third case of suicide committed by trooper in Jammu region since last four days. A CRPF Sepoy Jatinder Kumar of Bkanoor Pathankote Punjab posted at a camp at Kuleed in Kishtwar killed himself with his service rifle on Friday night.
 In a similar incident an Army man ended his life at Nagrota Army camp about three days back.
