JAH, Shahid condemn firing at Maisuma
Srinagar: Condemning the “unprovoked” firing by police on teenagers at Maisuma, the Jamiat-ul-Ahlihadith President, Moulana Showkat termed it as a barbaric act.
Moulana Showkat said it shows that certain elements were hell bent up on not allowing Kashmiris to continue their freedom struggle peacefully. “Whether it be the killing of three boys in Islamabad, Chanapora or today’s incident at Maisuma, brute force is being used to subdue the freedom struggle,” he said.
