Not cheap

Kashmiris are being killed like anything. Police and CRPF have gone berserk. Isn’t there anyone to control them? The government is watching all this as a mute spectator. There seems to be no end to the crisis. The government of India must understand the gravity of the crisis in Valley and take necessary steps to see that no civilian casualties take place. At the same time, the Home Minister must issue strict instructions to police and paramilitary CRPF not to fire upon civilians and instead use other non-lethal weapons to control crowd. Let India understand that Kashmiri blood is not cheap.
