Bonanza to landline subscribers

Jammu, Nov 30: The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to implement 180 second pulse for BSNL fixed line calls to any fixed line telephone across the country from December 1, 2010. Accordingly the BSNL landline customers will be benefited by paying only local call charge for making STD calls from their landline telephones to any fixed line customer in the country. The revised tariff is also applicable for “BSNL One India”/Alternate Plans and Trunk calls, but not applicable for PCOs, a statement here said.
