SWD holds awareness camp

SRINAGAR: The Child Development Project Officer, ICDS Zaldagar organised an awareness camp at Raheem Bagh to aware the masses about ICDS and other schemes.
 The deputy director ICDS, Bashir Ahmad Masoodi stressed upon the essence of community participation and underscored the need of having missionary zeal to make the scheme more relevant.
 The CDPO ICDS Srinagar, Waseem Raja underscored the need on social marketing of ICDS and appealed to the people to send their children to ICDS centers through which the Social Welfare Department provides six services free of cost.
