Week-long program at SKUAST concludes

Srinagar, Dec 13: A week-long training and counseling session for the post-graduate students of SKUAST-K, was organized by Students Welfare Unit of the university.
The program “Improving Attitude, Personality Development and Performance” was kick-started on Dec 4 and ended on Dec 10, a spokesperson of the varsity said.
Giving details he said the Training & Counseling session was led by Prof M. S. Vignesh of UAS Bangalore, an expert of counseling and therapy.
The counseling sessions covered areas such as personality development, crisis and stress management, art of facing interviews, entrepreneurship and techniques to develop positive attitude and temperament management.
Prof. Vignesh counseled a large number of individual students during the period for individual problems.
The seven day long training programme evaluated the performance of the students.
