Baramulla, Dec 14: The Commission of Inquiry probing the sequence of events that led to the killings of 17 out of 112 youth since June this year on Tuesday recorded statements of civil and police officials.
Sources said the officials who deposed included SSP Baramulla, SDM Sopore, Tehsildar Sopore, Magisterial officer Sopore and SHO Baramulla.
The commission asked the witnesses from the victims’ side to record their statements on December 21 and 22 in Srinagar.
