Coaching centres frame rules for association

Srinagar, Dec 15: Heads of some prominent coaching centres of the Valley held a meeting Wednesday with GN Var in chair.
 A handout said centres like Bright Career Institute, Sachdeva New PT College, Iqbal Coaching Centre, Apex Coaching Institute, SN Das Gupta College, Sahil Study Circle, Knowledge Horizon Classes and others participated in the meeting.
 Various ways and means to provide the quality education to the students, keeping in view the recent loss due to the five month turmoil to academic session, were also discussed in the meeting, the handout added.
 “The association also resolved to launch a campaign for redeeming the image of the coaching centres as it was felt by the members that certain vested elements had been deliberately trying to tarnish the image and credibility of this noble cause,” it added.
 Moreover, in the meeting the rules and regulations governing the association were also framed.
 It was decided that the membership shall be open to all the competent coaching centres across the Valley.
