Don’t criticize

I fail to understand that why we always try to find faults in the Government decisions, without even taking the trouble of applying our mind. I am referring to the recent government decision of winter schooling. It is a welcome decision. Winter does not mean total hibernation, children do come out even in  frozen days, for fun and about 50 to 60 percent of children do face problems like fever, running nose, frost bites. Some people are accusing private schools for charging heating expenditure etc. During winter vacations all the students have to attend tuition classes and everybody knows that an average coaching centre charges at least Rs. 500 per subject per month which roughly comes to a total of Rs .2500-3000 for winter months. Now if minimal amount is shared by the parents on heating arrangements, it would be for the welfare of their wards.
