Duke Fashions bags award

Srinagar, Dec 19: Director, Duke Fashions (India) Limited, a Ludhiana-based company, Kuntal Raj Jain has been conferred upon the Leaders’ of Tomorrow award 2010 in Apparel and Accessories category.
The award to the company was given out by Union Minster of Home Affairs, P Chidambaram in lieu of its contribution to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in driving India’s march to global stardom.
The award celebrates the spirit of entrepreneurship and narrates fascinating examples where a little courage, a sound business plan and a good product have helped an entrepreneur to make his mark in the world of business and on the basis of their innovation, talent and success in emerging victorious despite odds, the company in a statement said.
This award is joint effort of India’s premier English business News Channel ET NOW, India’s Business portal INDIA MART and NIELSEN which is a global information and media company with its operations in more than 100 countries and head quarters at New York.
