While announcing this at a customer meet here today, company’s regional head (north India), Rajeev Chatervedi said, “We want to promote faith and trust among our customers.”
The objective of the customer meet, according to Chatervedi, “is to introduce our local dealers to the customers for providing them good services.” He displayed several machines to the customers and said, “If anyone books EX10 machine, which costs Rs 31.95 lakh till Dec 31, he will be given a free heavy duty bucket worth Rs 70,000 and insurance.”

In Kashmir, he said, the company is promoting Annual Service Contract scheme under which a customer has to pay Rs 30000 for the services of the machines. “Under ASC our service executives will provide 15 visits in a year for checking temperature, pressure and vibrations of the machines.”
Speaking on the occasion, state head, HDFC Bank, which is the financer for Telcon machines, Zubair Iqbal said, “Our Bank will go for full-fledged finance for Telcon products.” Iqbal announced that till Dec 31 if anyone books the Telcon machine he would be charged lowest possible interest rates without any collateral.
