Srinagar, Dec 24: National Conference senior leader and provincial president, Ali Muhammad Dar on Friday said Omar Abdullah led government was serious to alleviate the peoples’ hardships and problems.
Addressing workers at Pampore and Srigufwara, Dar welcomed the restoration of rail service and starting of Pampore Gas Turbine to tide over the power crisis.
Meanwhile, Member Parliament, Sharief-ud-Din Sharik has sanctioned Rs 25 lakh from his constituency development fund for the developmental works of block Qaziabad and Langate in Kupwara district.
Another NC senior leader and MLA Batamaloo constituency, Irfan Ahmad Shah on Friday said the Omar Abdullah led government was for equal development of all the three regions of state.
“The main objective of the government is to provide good roads, uninterrupted water and power supply, better educational facilities and equal opportunities of employment to people” Shah said in a statement.
