Arrangements finalized for 16th PIC in Doda

Doda, Dec 26: A meeting was convened today under the chairmanship of Additional Deputy Commissioner Doda A.R Natnoo to finalize the arrangements for the smooth celebrations of the 16th 3-day Bharat Nirman,  Public Information Campaign which is in being organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Government of India in Doda from 28th of December 2010 to 30th of December 2010 at Government Higher Secondary School (Boys) Doda.
 Deputy Director Press Information Bureau Srinagar Ghulam Abass , Media Communication Officer PIB Srinagar Tariq Rather besides other District and sectoral officer of the District Doda were also present in the meeting.
 During the meeting it was revealed that the Bharat Nirman Public Information Campaign is being organized in Doda to highlight the achievements made by various departments regarding Centrally Sponsored Major Flagship programmes like MGNREGA, NRHM, IAY, SSA, TLC, Mid Day Meal scheme, BRGF etc. besides this various other schemes  will also  be highlighted to create awareness among the masse about these schemes so as to make them avail maximum benefits of these schemes in the District. It was also revealed that around 40 stalls will be established by various line departments to exhibit their physical achievements besides make people aware about their welfare schemes.
