JKFA HAILS IQBAL SPORTS, FOREST-XI
Srinagar, Dec 2: The J&K Football Association has hailed the Iqbal Sports for its win and Forest-XI for its performance in the national level event.
The spokesperson said: “Iqbal Sports has achieved milestone by becoming the first private club of state to win national level event. Iqbal Sports was not only resenting Srinagar District but the whole state in the event and they have made all of us proud. They deserve every applause for keeping trophy in the state.”
“Almost all the football clubs in state are privately being run and this win is huge boost for them. To boost morale of team, JKFA officials met players and officials before the match,” spokesperson said.
The JKFA has also hailed, Forest-XI for its performance in the national level tournament being played in Raipur. Forest has entered into the final of the event.
“Forest-XI has performed brilliantly in the event so far and we are hoping that they will lift the title as well. Despite lack of match practice Forest-XI has done brilliant job by reaching upto final. Their players and team officials deserve applause” spokesperson added.
