Grenade blast at Batamaloo
Srinagar, Dec 30: Unknown persons hurled a grenade at a CRPF bunker in Batamaloo area here on Thursday.
Sources said the device missed the target and exploded on roadside, without causing any damage to life or property.
The explosion created panic with pedestrians running for cover over thick blanket of snow. Police and CRPF later cordoned off the area and conducted searches.
