SI found dead in hotel

Jammu, Dec 5: A Jammu and Kashmir police officer was found dead under suspicious circumstances in a hotel in Jammu city today, police said.
 Assistant Sub-Inspector Muhammad Amin, working with 14 Battalion of Armed Police and a resident of Bijbehara in south Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) district, was found dead in a room of a hotel in Khatika Talab area of city this morning, they said.
 His body was discovered by the hotel staff who later informed the police.
 Post mortem has been conducted on the body and a case registered in this regard, police said, adding, preliminary investigation had pointed out to illness as the cause of his death.
