This refers to the killing of a civilian by security forces in Kalampora, Pulwama recently. Everyone knows that life is priceless but here in Kashmir, it has no value. The so-called security forces are killing Kashmiris at will and the government of Jammu and Kashmir is watching the whole mayhem as a mute spectator. By the way, why was he killed? What was his fault? Who would look after his family now? The Head of the State needs to answer all these questions, for, he has been elected by the very people whom the forces are killing with impunity. These killings are nothing, but instances of cold-blooded murders.
