Divisive politics
This refers to the recent row over Shah Rukh Khan’s statement on the exclusion of Pakistani cricketers from IPL. India is a democratic country and everyone has a freedom to express his views. Shah Rukh Khan, who owns Kolkata Knight Riders of IPL, had spoken his heart out. Shiv Sena threatened if Shah Rukh does not apologise for his statement not only would his “My Name Is Khan” be banned, but all his films could face a ban in Mumbai. If Shah Rukh Khan feels that the Pakistani players should be included in IPL, it is singularly his opinion and one should respect it. Political parties like Shiv Sena are free to disagree with it but they can’t judge what’s right or wrong,” every body knew that what Shiv Sena is doing these days for getting the popularity. Sha Rukh Khan is the one of the biggest star of world and what he said is right. He only says, good players of Pakistan must be in the IPL. Amir Khan also favors it and even was not speared by Shiv Sena calling him a real idiot. Mukesh Ambani said Mumbai is firstly of India. What is wrong in saying this. Bal Thackeray reinforces that Mumbai first belongs to Maharashtra and Maharashtra is of Marathi. He is seceding Maharashtra from India. In modern day world there is no world for such fanatic politics.
