VC OBC post goes to Congress

Jammu, Feb 15: Jammu and Kashmir government today appointed Kuldeep Raj, a lesser known Congress leader, as Vice Chairman Jammu and Kashmir State Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of the Other Backward Classes (OBCs) with the rank and status of a Minister of State (MoS).
 Official sources said the government constituted the Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of (OBC) with the Chief Minister as the Chairman and Kuldeep Raj of Narayana Tehsil in Akhnoor as the Vice Chairman.
 Sources said that Kuldeep is having close association with Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand.
