Govt reshuffles 13 KAS officers

Jammu, Feb 16: In a minor reshuffle in the middle and lower-rung of the state administration, Jammu and Kashmir government Tuesday transferred at least thirteen officers.
As per the government order, Farooq Ahmad Lone, KAS, Joint Director, Information, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Bandipore against an available post, while Munshi Muzaffar Hussain, KAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Varmul against an available vacancy.
Mohammad Saleem Shishgar, KAS, Joint Director, Tourism, Kashmir is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Kupwara against an available vacancy and Rafiq Ahmad Hakim, KAS, Joint Registrar, Cooperatives (Special), Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Shopian against an available vacancy.
Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Bhat, KAS, Joint Director, Information (Hqr) has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information, Kashmir vice Farooq Ahmad Lone and Javed Ahmad Shah, KAS, Personnel Officer in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Handlooms, Kashmir against an available vacancy.
Arvind Sharma, KAS, Deputy Labour Commissioner, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperatives (Admn.) against an available vacancy and Mohammad Ali Khan, KAS, Project Officer, DRDA, KargiI has been transferred and posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner, Kashmir against an available vacancy.
MM Rehman Ghasi, KAS, General Manager, DIC, Islamabad has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (Development), Kashmir vice Munshi Muzaffar Hussain.
Avtar Singh Chib, KAS, General Manager, DIC, Samba has been transferred and posted as Deputy Labour Commissioner, Jammu vice Arvind Sharrna.and Bilal Ahmad Bhat, KAS, General Manager, DIC, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Tourism, Kashmir vice Mohammad Saleem Shishgar.
Rakesh Gupta, KAS, General Manager, DIC, Kathua has been transferred and posted as Joint Director, Information (Hqr) vice Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Bhat while the services of Rajinder Singh, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD has been placed at the disposal of the Industries and Commerce Department for further posting on a Time Scale KAS post.
