Stop them

This refers to the article titled "Stop them from going berserk" by Aijaz Ahmad Wani (GK 10-02-2010). The article was quite informative. During the training course, police men are sensitized about the importance of being friendly and to perform their duties with high degree of responsibility and restraint. Moreover, human rights curriculum is already in vogue during the training period. But despite knowing all this, the policemen give a damn to these instructions.
