What punishment?
This refers to Dr Farooq Abdullah’s recent statement over the killing of two teenagers in Srinagar recently. Terming the killings as unfortunate, he has “recommended strong action against those involved in the incident.” One fails to understand what action would Dr Farooq Abdullah recommend against the killers at a time when he has just recommended that a killer named Muma Kanna should be honoured. Dreaded Ikhwanis killed thousands of innocents like Zahid and Wamiq. So for God’s sake, don’t make a mockery of killings. Shabir Wani
