Keep vigil
This refers to the menace of tuition in Kashmir Valley. Many a time it is seen that students go for tuitions just for the sake of enjoyment, and not studies. They happen to gossip in the tuition centres. It is a matter of grave concern which must be addressed by the parents. Parents must keep a vigil on their children.
