 Health Bay also maintains a regular health profile of its clients to ensure health improvements. “We do many investigations about the health profile of the clients like we check their cholesterol level, blood sugar level, body water percentage, height, weight, body fat, body mass index etc. When the client comes to us for the assistance we give him/her free trial for two days. It is done for the clients satisfaction to let them realize that they will get the real benefits here,” said Manzoor
  “We have also started diet classes in which we provide diet consultancy,” he added.
 The centre boats of state-of-the-art equipment and trained staff. “Ours is a well-equipped fitness centre that offers the best exercising equipments. Almost all our equipment have been imported from United States and Singapore,” said the Managing Director.
 “We have an efficient team of physiotherapists and dieticians who are available throughout the time to assist the people,” he added.
Membership:
 For membership centre offers five different packages and one can choose any package. “Our packages include monthly-package, silver-, gold- and platinum-. Last month we introduced another package called health package.”
 “The client can opt for any package and take the benefits. Gold package is an upgraded package in which the client can get additional facilities in sauna bath, slimming and colour therapy. Platinum package is more advanced package where we give 30 per cent discount to our clients. We also offer bonus facilities in our packages,” said Manzoor
  “Once we go for the assessment of the health profile of the client, we suggest him/her the package that is more suitable. On an average we are registering 40 to 50 new clients every month,” he added.
 According to Manzoor the only reason for which he established Health Bay fitness and spa in the valley was that the people here were not getting the deserving facilities to maintain their health. “When it comes to fitness it has become a growing concern for one and all. In valley the people certainly know the importance of keeping fit. However I found that the people here were not getting the deserving facilities. So I first undertook a survey where I tried to find out what facilities the people here crave for and tried to come up with all such facilities,” he said.
 Health Bay fitness and spa is soon planning to have a chain of centres in other cities of the country and is also committed to provide the transport facilities to its clients.
