Srinagar, Feb 24: The meeting between the employees’ joint consultative committee and the government failed to break the stalemate over the implementation of sixth pay commission recommendations and other demands.

The meeting took place in the winter capital where finance minister, A R Rather and senior officials tried to convince JCC to call off the agitation.
