Bus crushes man to death

Kulgam, Dec 31: A person died outside District Hospital Kulgam when a speedy vehicle crushed him while he was waiting to board a bus for home.
Ghulam Mohi-Ud-Din Padroo son of Ghulam Muhammad of Mirhama Kulgam died when a speedy passenger bus bearing No JK 13 0623 struck him and crushed him to death. Eyewitnesses said Mohi-ud-Din was returning back to home after getting treatment in the hospital. Police had lodged FIR (No 332/09) under section 279, 304 A RPC in Kulgam Police Station. Police said they had seized the vehicle and arrested the driver Muhammad Ashraf Hafiz.
