JK Bank opens ATM at Zainakote

Srinagar, Jan 11: J&K Bank pressed one more ATM into public service, at Zainakote Crossing yesterday taking the tally of ATMs in Kashmir Division to 144.
Local MLA Irfan Ahmad Shah inaugurated the ATM amid an impressive gathering of valuable customers of the bank, senior citizens, businessmen etc, the bank in a statement said.
Lauding the role of the bank in the economic empowerment of the people of J&K, the MLA said, “People of the state appreciate the commendable part that J&K Bank plays in their economic lives. However, people have always partnered in all the endeavours that the bank has undertaken for their welfare”.
Present on the occasion, Fazle Mehboob Gani, J&K Bank Zonal Head (Central Kashmir), congratulated the gathering for their profound appreciation of the bank’s role.
He said, “Our sole mission is to make the state-of-the-art banking and financial services available and affordable to people of the state irrespective of their location, background or economic status”.
M Abdullah Chilloo, Cluster Head (Kashmir Central) was also present among others on the occasion.
