Govt orders transfers, postings

Srinagar, Jan 15: The government Friday ordered transfers of 16 officials.
The officer on special duty to chief minister M Raju, IAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional deputy commissioner, Kathua vice Daulat Ram Sharma.
The additional district development commissioner, Budgam, Muhammad Amin Bhat, KAS has been transferred and posted as the additional registrar, Cooperatives, Kashmir against an available vacancy.
The chief executive officer, Tourism Development Authority, Aharbal, Abdul Rashid Dar, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional district development commissioner, Budgam vice Muhammad Amin Bhat.
The deputy commissioner, Excise (Executive), Jammu Shabir Ahmad Bhat, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional district development commissioner, Ramban against an available vacancy.
The joint director, Employment, Kashmir, Sarmad Hafeez, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional district development commissioner, Srinagar against an available vacancy.
The deputy commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Appeals), Srinagar Muhammad Aslam Hamdani, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional district development commissioner, Ganderbal against an available vacancy.
The additional district development commissioner, Udhampur Arun Kumar Sharma, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the executive director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, Jammu.
The additional deputy commissioner, Kathua, Daulat Ram Sharma, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional deputy commissioner, Jammu against an available vacancy.
The additional deputy commissioner, Shopian Muhammad Yousuf Zargar, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional district development commissioner, Kulgam against an available vacancy. He will also hold the additional charge of chief executive officer, Tourism Development Authority, Aharbal.
The additional deputy commissioner, Doda Ram Rattan Sharma, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional district development commissioner, Udhampur vice Arun Kumar Sharma.
The additional deputy commissioner, Kishtwar, A R Natnoo, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional deputy commissioner, Doda vice Ram Rattan Sharma. The additional deputy commissioner, Bandipore, Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the joint director, Employment, Kashmir in his own pay and grade vice Sarmad Hafeez.
The deputy labour commissioner, Kashmir Muhammad Anwar, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional deputy commissioner, Shopian in his own pay and grade vice Muhammad Yousuf Zargar.
The assistant commissioner (Revenue), Kargil, Hassan Khan, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional deputy commissioner, Bandipore in his own pay and grade vice Mushtaq Ahmad Shah.
The assistant commissioner (Development), Kishtwar G N Balwan, KAS, has been transferred and posted as the additional deputy commissioner, Kishtwar in his own pay and grade vice A R Natnoo.
He will also hold the additional charge of the post of the assistant commissioner (Development), Kishtwar till alternate arrangements are made by the Rural Development Department.
The secretary, Municipal Corporation, Jammu Suraj Prakash Rakhwal, has been recalled and posted as the OSD to the deputy chief minister vice M Raju.
