Committee reviews demands of new admn units

Jammu, Jan 16: The Committee, constituted by the Government to examine the demands of new administrative units, met under the Chairmanship of Mushtaq Ahmad Ganai.
 Besides the Members of the Committee, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Pawan Kotwal, Secretary Revenue Sheikh Ejaz Iqbal, Additional commissioner, Kashmir Ishtiaq Ahmad Ashai were present.
 It was decided that the recommendation as well as proposal regarding creation and reorganization of Administrative Units shall be reviewed by the concerned Deputy Commissioners who will submit their report to the Committee within one month.  After the receipt of the reviewed proposals from the concerned Deputy Commissioners, the Committee shall visit the respective areas to interact with the public to seek their suggestions.
