Bagh-e-Mehtab seeks road repairs
GK NEWS NETWORK
Srinagar, Jan 1: The residents of Bagh-e-Mehtab have said the road patch connecting the colony with the Bypass near Chanapora bridge was dilapidated.
The residents said the road was a vital link of the suburb colony with Bypass.
“Thousands of vehicles ply on this road everyday but their slowing down due to bad road conditions causes gridlock which lasts for around an hour,” said a local Bazaz Muhammad Faisal.
He flanked by other residents said the road be repaired at an earliest.
“If the macadamization can’t be done during winters, at least the stone dust should be spread soon for some respite,” the residents said.
They appealed the District Development Commissioner, Budgam, Muhammad Rafi to look into the matter.
