Zainakote colony seeks separate transformer

Srinagar, Jan 19: The residents of Umarabad, Zainakote have appealed the Power Development Department to install a separate transformer there pleading the installed transformer was overloaded.
The residents said over 400 families are being fed a single transformer.
“The transformer is overloaded and develops frequent snags,” the locals said. They appealed the PDD Chief Engineer to look into the matter.
