‘JK Bank values its human capital’

Srinagar, Jan 21: Recognizing the value of its human capital, J&K Bank presented a special scooter to one of its physically challenged employees Bilal Ahmed Ganai at Corporate Head quarters here today, the bank in a statement said. Senior President HRD and Chief Peoples Officer Ajit Singh handed over the keys of the scooter to Bilal who is a Banking Attendant in Receipt & Dispatch Department. Calling the act a part of a bigger initiative of identifying and helping the special employees of the bank, Ajit  Singh said, “Human capital remains fundamental to the strength of every organization and J&K Bank remains alive to this basic fact of business”.
 That is why the bank always explores means to take care of all the genuine needs of the staff in whatever ways it can, added the chief peoples officer of the bank. The beneficiary Bilal Ahmad expressed his heartfelt gratitude towards J&K Bank which he feels walks the talk of serving to empower in real sense.  He said, “I feel delighted and proud to be part of this organization that really treats its staff as a family and takes care of all our genuine needs and aspirations”.
 Meanwhile, Vice-president HRD M S Wani, Vice President Corporate Communication Khurshhed A Pandit and Executive Manger Career Development Wing   Muhammad Ayub Wanchoo were also present on the occasion.
