‘Fiesta Diesel ranked No 1 in customer satisfaction’

Srinagar, Jan 22: The New Year has added yet another crown to the much decorated Ford Fiesta. The Fiesta TDCi Duratorq Diesel has been rated number 1 in the Total Customer Satisfaction Index Survey (Diesel Midsize segment) conducted by TNS Automotive, the company in a statement said.
 The results of the TNS Automotive-2009 India Total Customer Satisfaction Study are based on the evaluation of over 8000 car owners across 54 vehicle models on various parameters like sales satisfaction, product quality, vehicle performance and design, after sales service, brand image, and cost-of-ownership, it said.
 The TCS index score provides a measure of satisfaction and loyalty a given model enjoys with its customers, its aid.
 In the Diesel midsize segment, Fiesta was rated no.1 with a score of 97 base-points. It is noteworthy that Suzuki Swift D’zire Diesel is a distant 2nd at 92 points & Hyundai Verna Diesel is down at 3rd, witha score of 91 points.
