Completely deplorable

This refers to the omitting Pakistani players from the IPL. The act is completely deplorable.  If the franchisees were not interested in Pakistani players, why were they included in the list?  It was only to insult world champions and the best players of Twenty20. I think this should be taken very seriously by the ICC and PCB. For the past some years, India has been trying to create a monopoly over the Twenty20. And unfortunately, ICC is also acting as per the wishes of India.
