Man falls from 3rd floor, dies

Srinagar, Jan 27: A man died Wednesday after falling from third floor of a building at Hari Singh High Street in the City centre.
A police handout said Harish Kumar Lamba son of Ram Lal of Hari Singh High Street, Srinagar allegedly fell down from 3rd floor of building at Hanuman Mandir, falling under the jurisdiction of police station Shaheed Gunj. “The injured was referred to SMHS hospital were he succumbed to his injuries,” the police said adding proceedings under section 174 CrPC have been initiated.
