Jammu, Jan 27: In connection with the R- Day, the Youth Services and Sports Department organized a Ladies Cultural Programme here on Wednesday
 The First Lady, Usha Vohra, who was the Chief Guest on the occasion, said the performances demonstrated the hard work put in by the participants. She also gave away prizes to various schools, NGOs and other organizations for presenting a cultural programme based on the composite cultural heritage of the state.
