JK Bank Q3 net Rs 140 crore

Srinagar, Jan 29: The J&K Bank has registered a net profit of Rs 139.99 crore for third quarter ending December 2009 as against Rs 120.67 crore during the same quarter last financial year. The Bank has registered a net profit of Rs 392.33 crore for the nine months ended December 2009 up by 18 percent from Rs 331.16 crore for the corresponding period of previous financial year.
The operating profits of the Bank increased by 31 per cent during the same period.
This was announced during the review of the financial results for the quarter ended December, 2009, by the bank’s Board of Directors in a meeting held yesterday.
