GK NEWS NETWORK
Jammu: The Director Information, Khawaja Farooq Ahmad Renzu, has underscored the need to “pool intellectual resources of all writers, authors, poets and other luminaries” of the sub-continent for imbibing the spirit of humanity and brotherhood.
Addressing a function in Los Angeles, California, Renzu said all writers had a role to create an atmosphere of love and “tie people through bonds of humanity.” He asked scholars to read Sheikh-ul-Alam’s (RA) Shruks which are “full of human love and respect for all faiths.”
Renzu, who has authored 11 books, was invited to a function attended by Rehman Soz, Sahib Alam, Farida Khan sister of film star Yousuf Khan, Masood, Sarfaraz, Iftikhar Alam, Afzal Sarbuland and other literary figures.
The scholars agreed that time had come to spread the message of Sheikh-ul-Alam (RA) and other great Sufi saints of Kashmir throughout the world so that people understand the concept of love and brotherhood.
At another function organized at the Club Hall of California University, Renzu highlighted the contribution of great Sufi saints Bulbul Shah (RA) and Sheikh-ul-Alam (RA).
