GoC discusses security scenario with CM

Jammu, Jan 6: The General Officer Commanding in Chief, Northern Command, Lt. Gen. B S Jaswal today discussed the security scenario in Jammu and Kashmir with Chief Minister Omar Abdullah here.
The GoC-in-C called on Abdullah and the two discussed for nearly half-an-hour security-related aspects like measures to counter militancy and cross-border infiltration.
Issues pertaining to violation of human rights and the land or property used by the army also figured at the meeting, official sources said.
