Rs 51 cr Annual Plan for Reasi approved

Jammu, July 12: The current year’s annual plan for Reasi district will be of the order of over Rs.50.66 Crores. Out of the total outlay for the current year, over Rs.11.91 Crore is the Revenue component. The annual plan of the district for the financial year 2010-11 was approved at the District Development Board meeting held under the Chairmanship of Minister for R & B and Mechanical Engineering, G. M. Saroori, here today. While exhorting for rejuvenating their efforts in accomplishing the targets and making optimum utilization of funds, Saroori called upon the officers to focus their attention in underdeveloped and backward areas of the district taking the Legislators of the areas into confidence besides keeping them abreast with details of projects and State and Centrally sponsored schemes beforehand and also seek their suggestions for getting better results on the ground, an official statement said.
