Bio-metric system to ensure attendance at Civil Secretariat

Srinagar, July 14: In a bid to ensure regular attendance of the employees, the state government on Wednesday ordered introduction of bio-metric (Smart Card) based attendance in the civil secretariat.
 Sources said Deputy Secretaries have been assigned as nodal officers to update employee’s data base for smooth functioning of the smart card based attendance.
