Kapur, Khoda review security in Sopur

Sopur, July 14: Chief Secretary, S S Kapur today reviewed the Sopur security and later chaired a meeting to identify core areas of development for immediate attention and intervention, for the inhabitants of the area.
 Director General of Police, Kuldeep Khoda accompanied the chief secretary.
 Kapur informed that a proposal for the formation of a core group headed by the planning secretary would be taken with the chief minister. The Core Group, he said, would focus on pooling the funds allocated through various channels to maximize impact of development for public service and asses requirements on rational basis.
 It was also decided that any officer stationed at Sopur must seek permission of Special Commissioner before leaving the station.
