City census halted

Srinagar, July 15: Reacting to the City Page report that the Gulberg Colony Sector 3, Hyderpora was yet to undergo census, the Office of Principal Census Officer Srinagar said: “The house listing exercise had to be completed by ending June 2010 but due to disturbed situation, the whole exercise could not be completed.”
“In Gulberg Colony Sector 3 and some other areas, the house listing exercise is underway and shall be completed at the earliest.”
