Uncertain state

This refers to the confusion, chaos and uncertainty Kashmiris are facing at the moment. Bloodshed, curfews and hartals have become a routine. The move to bring army has further complicated the situation. Kashmiris are being killed, labourers and vendors are starving, patients are dying without treatment, students are losing precious time and there are so many hardships people are facing currently. Now everyone has to play a role. The state government needs to take concrete and urgent steps to punish the culprits and control the forces. The central government at the same time has to initiate some Confidence Building Measures and start a serious dialogue on Kashmir without any delay. Also it is high time for separatists to avoid giving regular hartal calls as they are ruining Kashmiris on every front. It would better if the separatists unite first and then devise a common programme where livelihood of people is secure.
