Woman ends life, 3 make abortive bids

Jammu: A house wife ended her life by allegedly consuming some poisonous substance at her residence, while three made abortive bids on their lives at separate places across Jammu.
Police said Rafiqa Bano wife of Muhammed Din of Mahore (Reasi) was allegedly found unconscious by her family member at her residence.
 They (family) shifted her to the hospital, wherein she was pronounced as brought dead. Meanwhile, three persons, Rinku son of Jeet Singh of Bari Brahmana, Satvir Singh son of Manohar Singh of Saror and Varinder son of Satpal of Mandi, were admitted at the government medical college hospital after they made abortive bids to end their lives by allegedly consuming poisonous substances at their respective residences. Police have taken cognizance.
