I disagree
This refers to the letter ‘’I disagree’’ by Adil Wahid from Australia. It is very easy to pass the judgement on the ongoing struggle in Kashmir by sitting away from Kashmir. In this competitive world everybody wants to be educated, developed but not at the cost of life and dignity. We talk about daily wagers who earn their living by working for a day or night, but let us understand that it is the same daily wager who has always supported the struggle. He too has sacrificed his living for the Kashmir cause. It is because of the sacrifices of common man that freedom struggle of Kashmir is alive. But now he too wants to have sigh of relief by seeing the Kashmir issue resolved once and for all. Right now he is ready to face any brutality but not always. The person staying outside Kashmir can never feel the gravity of situation because “Only the wearer known where the shoe pinches’’.
