Srinagar, July 17: Thirty-five year old mason Abdul Majid Lone who was injured by a gunshot Friday night at Fidarpora Rafiabad said that he saw two Special Operations Group policemen behind him after being shot.
“I was coming back from daily work and suddenly I was shot in back at about 8:30 pm. After I was hit by the bullet I looked back and saw two SOG personnel behind me. They straightaway went in their camp,” he said.
Majid, who is recuperating in ward number 12 at SMHS hospital here, said that the camp of SOG is in the vicinity of the place where he was shot.
“The cops didn’t pick me up and went into their camp shouting ‘Goli Kis Ne Mari (who has fired the bullet),” he added.
